    Tendon Workouts

DAREBEE has a number of workouts specific to strengthening our tendons. Are these something a person should do routinely, i.e. once of twice a month?

    Hello PETERMORRIS966,
Just like any other workout, you'll benefit from doing those regularly. How often you do them is really up to you and depends on how hard you find them and how much time you can spare.

If you're a regular runner, I believe doing them at least twice a month, or even once a week, will help protect your tendons from the unwanted side effects of regular impact, and make you more durable on the whole.

Don't hesitate if there is a specific point you'd like to address, or if there's more info you could give us about what you expect from these workouts exactly.

If I remember right, then the Full Circuit program had Tendon Strength workouts every four days. I'm not 100% sure, but I think they're kinda like rehab workouts, so doing them even several times a week shouldn't be a problem, but rather beneficial.

I second Passionate Mind. Less frequently than twice a week is not going to give you the adaptations you want from the workout. Just like running once a week or less frequently is not going to improve your running significantly.
