    Fitbit community

    Hi guys,

A bit of an off question, but is there a designated fitbit group(community) for people doing the darebee workouts?
If there isn't such, would it be an idea of making one so that one can share his workout stats and etc?

    Regards
    Georgi

G5roff ... if there is, I'm not aware of it. Sounds like an interesting idea, though. Oh, and welcome to The Hive, the social side of DareBee.

      BIG EDIT
Sorry i jumped the gun a little

Fitbit runs two types of community groups,
      1. Website Group/Community Forums - There was no preexisting Darebee or hive groups here. I did go ahead and create one. However, this type of group does not cross over onto mobile and i think it would overlap too much with the hive without much value add other than sharing steps. If you want to join here until I can figure out a mobile option please feel free.

      2. Mobile Closed Community Group. These are private groups where designated admins can add friends to groups they have created. This is the more social media styled group where you can share picutres and fitbit progress and probably a bit more of that casual share and cheer format.

I'd like to focus on setting up the Mobile style group but we all have to be friends ^^: I'm currently working on a secondary setup to support this.

If anyone is interested in helping me test things out a bit please reach out!

It's an interesting idea. Idk how I feel about it because I gave up on the Fitbit community last year (when you ask for accountability buddies and get crickets for three weeks, there's a problem). I'd love to see it work for those who want it, but for me personally I'm hesitant. More has come out of the Hive than anywhere else so there is the overcomplication concern for me.

            Hi all,
            Appreciate the responses.

@DaithiMeyer Thank you, I have used the site before, however it had a bit of a different name and its good to be back to something familiar.

@Nelliel Awesome work with being proactive 10/10.

            Regards
            Georgi

Great Idea G5roff I've totally been wondering the same thing Lets get a fitbit community rolling!

              So here's how to join,
              Visit https://www.fitbit.com/user/7FN6B8
              Click Add as Friend*

I will then add you to the newly created DAREBEE fitBEES community group

*This account was created for the specifically for the purpose of helping to manage this fitbit community. It is not my personal account and I've clearly named it soyou also dont have to wonder who this random account is sometime down the line

Note that the process is manual for me to add you to the community but I will do my best to update membership within 48hrs, but probably sooner.

Oh, well, mostly a way to help Darebee users find one another on Fitbit if they happen to have a tracker made by said brand.
