    Question about Programs

    Hi, I was just wondering that when the programs say "general fitness," what exactly does that mean? My goal is to lose fat and gain some muscle so I was wondering if these types of programs would be right for me. Thanks!

    The general fitness programs have a mix of strength training and high burn type exercises. It sounds like it may be exactly what you're looking for, if one of them appeals to you go for it! The losing fat part of the plan depends mainly on diet.
