    hello everyone,

    I am thinking of doing a 30/60 day program, As you know I only have time too train 4 days a week a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

    so my question is will a program still have the same effect on when I do those days?

    It will not have the exact same effect, but it will still be a good routine. Any exercise is better than no exercise

      Raven1s ... there are no shortcuts. But you have four days a week to do what you can. Those will help. A lot, if I understand correctly. Go for it!
