Hey i'm new to The Hive.[Not to Darebee] I decided to join here because i have some questions about fitness.
Okay, now plz someone tell me what is the deference between 'jab+cross' and 'punch'

Usually the longer a punch travels to reach its target the greater acceleration it can achieve and the more commitment in terms of the body’s weight can be placed behind it. That’s why the boxer’s jab, delivered with the hand nearest the opponent is fast but cannot be very powerful while the cross, which is delivered by the hand held further back is always way more powerful as a blow.

Here you have the full article, a good read that maybe will answer future questions

#BLADE ... welcome to The Hive, the social side of DareBee.
Not to quibble with those who have studied the art and science, but Bruce Lee used to say he could get good results from a 4" punch. For most fighters, a "jab".
But, then, a) he was exceptional, and b) his results partly depended on lack of response time.
Unless you are going to try to emulate Lee, just go with the lower-powered "jab". Looking for dozens, or hundreds, of reps rather than a single blow.
