    Sleep deprived issues

    I'm on day 86 of my 100 days of 100 push-ups, 100 abs. My progress has been... better than I thought it would be. I feel it in my dancing, handstands, upside down exercises, started getting better on flares, life is good.
    There is one major issue though : I fall asleep, and get woken up by my wife, by her noise when she's sleeping ( snoring , etc. ) . Once I'm up, it's very hard for me to fall asleep again, and if I do somehow manage to fall asleep, it'll happen again. What could I do ?

    Get her a nose strip or sleep on the couch. Those seem to be the options.

      I live in a noisy student dormitory and use ear plugs, they are great. I never get woken up by someone else with them. Maybe you could try them too?

          Ear plugs.

          Or ask her to turn on her side. My husband snores and he doesn't mind me waking him up and telling him to turn over.
