Doing 2 a days to get through challenges/programs faster.

I was thinking about doing 2 days of challenges per day; one day's workout in the morning and the next day's in the evening ( TBH, I'm thinking of doing this with Foundation/Foundation Light)

Anyone did program/ challenges at the rate of 2 a day?

Not of the same program. The Badges aren't there to be sped through and to collect as many as possible like on Pokemon Go!

AFAIK, but neilarey or Raven can correct me if I've got this wrong, they are worked out to be beneficial by working different parts of your body and allowing for those parts to then get the rest needed inbetween so as to avoid risk of injury.

Like Lyra_H_W said, it is better to choose two different (not two of the same kind eiter) challenges, one in the morning the other in the evening.
If Foundation is to easy, reduce rest time, double reps, do more sets, but give the different bodyparts time to rest.

You could also pick a harder program...

        ...

here is an example of a 30 days challenge proposed to do in one single workout.

I'm currently doing that with 30 Days of HIIT Advanced (not morning and evening though) just to give myself a boost to get back to my previous fitness level. I've done it with other programs too, some of the same program or a main one plus a lower-level supplementary. I don't know if there's anything specific you want to know, but I've definitely done what you're talking about before.

I do 1-3 days of programin in a day. I don't specifically do it to rip through the programs, I do it because I have the time, the know how, and fitness level. Note, I only do this on the "easier" programs. You would be hard pressed to do a double on L3 on say fighters codex or a spartain trial.

I haven't done this but I think you should do whatever is going to motivate you on your fitness journey.

Rules are meant to be modified and interpreted. Listen to your body and you will be alright.

If I were to offer advice, however, I would recommend doing a more challenging program and then doing an ad-on (IE 30 Days of Abs) to it. The reason for this is to maintain the integrity of the program. It's easy to lose sight of the fact that all of the programs on this website were put together with a lot of care, research and trial. When you start modifying the program too much or adding too much to it, you might not get the desired results or benefits. Remember all of the programs offered here have rest days built into the sequencing.

I've done two and three programs at once. I've done a program in half a week. I speed things up or slow them down based on what I like. go for it.

Sure, you can do as many days as you want. Programms are designed to do the days 1 by 1. It's better to choose a harder level if the day is to easy. Challenges are a little bit diffrent due to missing levels. But do as you want to, there is no strict "rule" and noone will argue about your badges. If you complete a programm in one day, you still earn the badge
