    Glutes sculpt, how should exercise be performed?

    Should each set of each exercise be performed all at once. As in do 12, 10, 8 then 6 forward lunges and then move on to deadlift? Or do I cycle through each exercise doing first set of reps given then cycle through again doing second set given and so on? Hopefully this question makes sense. Thanks

    In this kind of workout, called "classic", you have to do all sets of each exercise before go to the next one.

    For example, in this particular case:

    12 forward lunges
    30sec rest
    10 forward lunges
    30sec rest
    8 forward lunges
    30sec rest
    6 forward lunges
    2min rest

    12 single leg deadlift
    30sec rest
    10 single leg deadlift
    30sec rest
    8 single leg deadlift
    30sec rest
    6 single leg deadlift
    2min rest

    ....etc
