    Military Fit day 8 — I can't understand

Hi I'm doing Military Fit, and it's perfect, but I can't understand the routine of the day 8. I have 30 sec of jumping jack, but at the beginning I see "make one pushup every ten secs". What should I do?

If you stop the timer, start it again, stop it, start it ....etc, you'll break the rhythm.

I GUESS that you can do one clapping push up in the 10th second, and when you re-start the exercise, you'd be in the 20th or so. Then, I GUESS that you could do approximately two clapping push ups along each 30 seconds exercise.

I haven't done this program, so let have time to get a better answer by who has already done it.
