Ahmed Amd ... first off, welcome to The Hive, the social side of DareBee.
It is generally not recommended that you do a particular workout more than once a week. Workouts, like The Hood, that train a variety of muscles, you should be able to do twice a week without getting 'stale'.
That said ... it's only a recommendation. Accompanied by a caution. We have no way to monitor what you are doing.
It is a Difficulty 4 Workout. Not suitable for beginners. But it is entirely up to you what you choose to do. Best of luck.

          The

is a complete body workout, so i don't see the problem here. You can do it 3times a week. But keep in mind, the body is a lazy a*. Your body will adapt those movements and the load, so it is better to change the workouts form time to time. Also as DaithiMeyer mentioned it is not a beginner workout.

You've got great advices from DaithiMeyer and SimonB , and I'm sure there will are more people here who will say the same.

I don't know if you noticed the database of workouts that DAREBEE has, and the very useful filter to get better results. Assuming you're not a newbie, here you have a little collection of nine based on these specifications:

            Focus full body
            Types strength / tone
            Difficulty 4 - hard
            Equipment pull-up bar
Now you have a large variety to use three (or more) times per week!

Switching the level of difficulty from 4 (hard ) to 5 (advanced ), we'll get 10 more.

Feel free to "play" with the filters and find what could adjust with your needs
