    Lowerbody tendon strength

    https://darebee.com/workouts/lowerbo...html#hiittimer
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets. But I cannot see the sets and the levels.
How many sets? and the EC?

It is one go - 3 mins each side for a total of 6 minutes Scorpion

But no rest because it is in 1 go. Is there an EC?

I can see in the Upper Body Tendon Strength workout:
"This is not a heavy workout so it should be one you get to do as frequently as possible in order to achieve the necessary structural changes in the tendons. "
Is the same for this workout?

I guess you're allowed to rest a little before switching legs, but one or two minutes wouldn't make a big difference here. The EC may be an oversight here (neilarey?).

As far as I know, for this type of workout, the typical EC is usually "keep your leg up for the entire sequence" (which is challenging indeed).

Doing this workout frequently is definitely a good idea, but if it's not your only workout of the day, you should probably use it as a finisher so you don't pre-fatigue your tendons before your main workout.

        Does that help?
