I finished the Foundation program about a week ago. Completed every day on level 3 and thought it was pretty manageable, so I thought I could move on to a more difficult program. I'm mainly looking for weightloss/streamline/tone and getting overall fitter. So I looked through the filter and thought "full circuit" was perfect for that. Well, I'm currently on day 8 and apparently I was wrong. I feel like on the 21-minute days I cheat my way through it because I have to take breaks between sets and on the 9-minute days I'm not doing enough.
So my question is, should I switch programs? If so, do you guys have any suggestions which program would be better? I'm not pressed for time at all, so the workouts can be fairly long. I just chose full circuit because I thought it had the best balance. The programs with storylines looked super cool, too but I honestly have no idea how to continue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
