    Program too hard?

    Hi everyone!

I finished the Foundation program about a week ago. Completed every day on level 3 and thought it was pretty manageable, so I thought I could move on to a more difficult program. I'm mainly looking for weightloss/streamline/tone and getting overall fitter. So I looked through the filter and thought "full circuit" was perfect for that. Well, I'm currently on day 8 and apparently I was wrong. I feel like on the 21-minute days I cheat my way through it because I have to take breaks between sets and on the 9-minute days I'm not doing enough.
So my question is, should I switch programs? If so, do you guys have any suggestions which program would be better? I'm not pressed for time at all, so the workouts can be fairly long. I just chose full circuit because I thought it had the best balance. The programs with storylines looked super cool, too but I honestly have no idea how to continue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Toweitu ... welcome to The Hive, the social side of DareBee.
You have seen it written that weight loss happens in the kitchen? Because it is easier to control your portions than to work off the excess?
As for your other question, I went to the 'chooser' page and figured there were three programs not TOO hard:
    30 Days of Cardio Blast
    90 Days of Action
    and
    <Totals> (which I've done(!))
Best of luck in the journey to your goals.

I've done all of these...I would start with 30 Days of Cardio Blast. If you want to build strength and have time throughout the day, you could add <Totals>. 90 Days of Action is a little tougher.

I'd say go ahead and try a storyline one! Age of Pandora was a lot of fun. 30 days of Cardio Blast was also a good program

90 Days of Action worked well for me coming off of Foundation, but I also have to say that Hero's Journey is fantastic - a little harder, but so worth it. Age of Pandora is also really fun, but it is more challenging (I think doing something like Fighter's Codex or Combat HIIT before it would be helpful).

Thanks everyone for your help! I think I'll start 30 days of cardio blast and add either Totals or the Back and Core Program and see how it goes from there. I'll definitely keep your other recommendations in mind though, especially Hero's Journey because it looks super interesting!
