    Routine advice

    Hello everyone!
    After I kicked myself to back injury while doing fighter codex
    (Well... I was nor back in shape as I thought it was ).
    I'm now going back to basic with pullup, pushup and squat.
    So my schedule will look like this:
    Pullup: every morning and rest if needed. Switching up between supinated grip and pronated grip each week
    Pushup: every other day (e.g. Mon - Wed - Fri...)
    Jump squat: every other day (e.g. Tue - Thu - Sat...) to compensate for the lack of cardio (and to reduce rep range 'cause I only do air squat)

    I think I can cover abs and deltoids in this routine.
    Since the jump squat alone is not very effective on working the hamstring, I believe.
    So my concern is should I worry about my hamstring?
