    Military Fit Plus Day 26

    Hi all! I know on Military Fit there is a pull-up bar add on. I noticed the icon for the pull-up bar on Day 26 of Military Fit Plus. It is not on any other MFP days. Is this a mistake, or to follow the program should I do the pull-up bar exercises on MFP Day 26?

    I guess it's a mistake because there's no separate card like in regular MF.

      I also have a question about day 26..the instructions say ‘once -all levels’. Does that mean the full work out is to do the full set (5 exercises) at level 1, then at level 2, then at level 3? Or do you choose a level and do that one time.

        jkl2337 I would guess: All levels do the circut once, but with different times (LI:30",LII:40"...). Looks like a rest day.

          That is absolutely correct.

          At level 3, it's still a 5-minute plank (with some posture variations, admittedly). But yes, MF+ has much worse in stock.
