    Hero's Journey Hammer Training

    Just finished Day 3 of this awesome workout plan! I have a question though. For the hammer, what weight should I use? It says to use what I can do 8 reps with. Is that supposed to be what I can barely do 8 reps with or less? Thanks for the help all!

    I would say use a weight with which you just can do 8 reps. I you use a much lighter weight there is no real demand for your muscles to become stronger. A good weight would be something where you struggle to finish your 3rd set with the given number of reps.
    And: If you experience that your chosen weight gets too easy during your journey don't hesitate to add some more plates to the game!
