    Changing my life and starting to take workouts to the MAX! Assistance needed

    Hi, this thread will be a bit longer probably, sorry for that.
    Sooo, i always did some trainings and stuff, played sports and so on.. I was never weak, not fit, or fit.. i was in the middle. I dont have big muscles, but i kinda have some strength.. but nvm that.. This summer i was fit u could say, but winter came, and i lost that a bit. So now, i decided that i want to change my life around, i have to! I just jumped out of ma chair, and started moving and working out, and i dont plan on stoping, i can't stop! I was motivated, and i changed that motivation to drive ( David Goggins inspired me for that.. thank u mr. Goggins ) and like.. im here rn. I can like start working out, i did.. But to maximise the results i came her and i saw a lot of people that are willing to help, and i hope somebody can guide me in my path..
    I want to turn the tables on my body, flip my life around! And i have set myself a goal that is 6 months, to visualise some changes on myself. Im doing it for myself, and for my lovely girlfriend, so i can be more good looking for her.
    Now comes the workout part : Like i said, i want to start working out, i did, but.. i kinda need a program or a plan to maximise it. I need something to help me get lean, and lose body fat while achiving some muscles, not necessarily losing weight, mostly body fat( probably some streamline, high burn, abs, muscles workout). If there is a workout that has some fast results( i have 6 months, yes, but to maximise the results if u know what im saying) and that has good results.. If anyone could help me, and guide me.. And if anybody has any tips or some idk,tips for results, diet and stuff, it would be good. If anybody could help, pls do.. I know u get threads like this often, but i didnt find any.. Imma work my ass of if i have to, to get results. IF somebody could suggest me a good program, that would be super great! Lean, shreding, streamline and muscles xd.. Thanks upfront.. hope some of u will see this.

    If you have done 1-2 months of workouts you may try 1-2 HIIT workouts per week with 1-2 strength workout.Also you can start the last sprint challenge of dareebee https://darebee.com/running/dash-program.html
    Also you can put your target.Do you want to do weight lifting or bodyweight workouts,you can do kettlbell workouts for example and you will have aerobic and strength with one workout.

      I'm only focusing on bodyweight workouts, and workouts that include pull-up bar. Okey, i kinda made myself a workout week plan.. (5 of 7 days is working out. 2 times HIIT, 2 times strength, and 1 combat). I just dont know what kind of workouts should i do. Like for strength i was thinking one day abs, second arms-chest-legs. I just dont know what kind of exercises or workouts should i do.
