    Stretching cards reading

Hi, I am looking at several stretching workout sheets but some of their instructions are a bit confusing to me.

    1. https://darebee.com/workouts/finish-line-workout.html
It says "go through the sequence; once the move is done, change sides and repeat again." Does it mean after I stretch, for example, my right quad for 10 seconds, I stretch my left side immediately, and after that I move on to the hamstring stretch?

    2. https://darebee.com/workouts/part-2-workout.html
For this one, are they supposed to be static? For example if I am doing #5, should I keep my arm and leg up in the air for 15 secones once I raise them? Or am I supposed to keep moving and do multiple raises until the timer hit 15 seconds?

    Thanks!

Also, can there be too much stretching? Right now I have two workout routines a day, and I want to do some stretching after each if I can, but the first routine is a pretty short, mini workout. It can use my waist and back a lot though, and I would like to stretch my lower back. Plus I have pain and discomfort in that area already.

Its a stretching position so mostly it is static. For #5 you can do both, personally i would move leg and arm till the timer hits 15sec.
