    Touch Your Toe - leg swing

    Just saw this new challenge. I am going to do it, which is something I can really do every morning before I leave my place!
    But when doing the leg swing, should I try to keep my torso upright? I can see my body bending forward or down when my leg swings back...

    kandy hi, yes, as much as you can - it'll also work your core that way which is a bonus It's alright is you bend a little if you can't help it, though. You can hold on to something to keep your balance (not as much core work due to the external stabilizer).
