    Level 1 Programs

    neilarey would it be possible for a few more level 1 programs? it's just I'm trying to get my mum and granny to exercise more but my granny is 70+ years old and my mum has polymyalgia so finds it hard to do a lot of exercises, they both also refuse to get on the floor so, if possible, could it be mainly stationary, standing and low intensity exercises? They both enjoy combat exercises.

      A few time ago, I was wondering about something like that. In fact, I posted here a similar question.

      I think that "Foundation Light" would fit with them. There's days on the floor, yes, but why don't adapt them? For example, day 4 could be done inclined, leaning on a table, instead on the floor. The exercises that require some balance, could be done too holding on to a chair (read here, half squats, side leg raises, etc). It's just an idea.

        Great idea, many Beginners, older People or People who are not healthy would be interested in it!

          Cool, looking forward to it. My mom also has been trying to get into shape by walking for 20 to 30 minutes every day since the 1st of January. It would be great if there was a program she could try when she is ready to move on to greater things.
