    100 reps a day challenge

    My quesion is that do you do the same exercise for 100 days or you change every day?
    It sounds a lot. Is it going to affect whatever program you have been doing? Is there any recommendation on how to plan/do this?

    Just took a look at this one and it's 50 reps a day sibling - no PDFs?

      Yes, there are 30day challenges for pushups, squats, and burpees I think. Now, it is variable, and 100days.

          kandy you pick an exercise (one of seven) and stick with it - just the one. You can do 50 or 100 reps depending on the challenge. As always, it's an add-on, you only do it if you have the time and the energy
