    Stretching Question

    I'm on day four of my workout and it's about stretching. When it says 10 shoulder stretches, do they mean hold it for 10 seconds, or do 10 of them but hold them for a few seconds? How long should one hold them for? Also, I love the excerise video library, but I noticed there isn't one for stretching and I don't actually know how to do these properly. :/

    Mecuniv it's 10 shoulder stretches and each one is held for 3 - 4 seconds. The movement is as shown in the picture. Start with your hands on your hips and then bring them together over your head with fingers interlocked (if possible) and palms inverted so your hands look up at the ceiling. You will feel the tension the movement produces on your shoulders, neck and upper back. I hope this helped.
