    Cardio Trim Program + Power Fast Vegan Mealplan

    I have a couple questions about the program and I'd like some meal plan advice. Just a little background, the last couple of months I've completed IRONBORN (Sept) and Strength Protocol (Oct). For November, I'm finishing up on my second time doing IRONBORN, supplemented with Back and Core. On non-leg days, I add 15-20 min of cardio (treadmill or jump rope). I usually spent 45-60 min in the gym. This is the first circuit type Darebee program I've attempted:

    1) It looks like the program is split between two parts. For example, on Day 1 there is, "Part 1 Power Run" and "Part 2 Circuit". Does each set only include Part 2 or am I doing both Parts per set?
    2) On days like Day 4 there is only one type of exercise. Should this still be considered a "training day" when combined with the Power Fast meal plan? I ask because the meal plan states "Any training session has to be 35+ minutes minimum." I don't see this taking that long unless I add some cardio or supplement training (I don't want to screw up the program though).
    3) Should I continue doing my normal cardio routine with this or is it just completely unnecessary (overkill?) with this program?
    4) Regarding the mealplan, everything looks really simple. Do you have a preferred way of seasoning that sticks with the program? Also, I'd appreciate any "recipe" ideas that work besides just "broccoli with seitan"
