    Program Levels

    Hi everyone,

    Would you recommend that an entire program is performed on a single level, or can you choose a different level based on every workout?

    I usually push my body a bit, but my levels don't remain the same. One day I might do level 1, the next I might do level 3, depending on how much burn I feel?

    I've always used the second level throughout the program, but others change depending on how challenging the workout is, how comfortable they are with the maneuvers, how they're feeling, if they have other fitness activities etc...

    The beauty of Darebee is that you can do whatever you need for your fitness journey - you're accountable only to yourself.
