    Regarding programs

    Sorry to bother but i am kinda confused, the programs e.g (military fit). if i do all the workouts one after the another with no rest together does this consider as 1 set?
    or should i do every single workout singly and move on to the another after i complete the 3 sets?

    You do all the workouts in one go (that's 1 set), rest, then do it again.
