    Darebee Challenges

    Can I do both "50 Push-Ups a Day" and "Target 10" Challenges? Because I think that doing both challenges would have more benefits.

    You can do both challenges at the same time, sure.

    I currently do 100 push-ups and 400 sit-ups every day, plus all the other fitness things I do. It all depends on what your body can handle and what you want to do.

        Yup, totally doable. I do five at a time. It just depends on what you think you are able to handle. If you start two at the same time, and you find yourself needing to repeat the same day or you take too many days off then one challenge to start with might be a good idea. And remember, fitness is a consistent progressive experience-every single day makes a difference, and slow and steady do make that difference!
