There are no reps - it's shadowboxing. You do whatever you want from the listed options for as long as required to complete the level (5 minutes - Level I, 10 minutes - Level II, 15 minutes - Level III). You don't have to do just one of them for that time, it's whatever combination you want.

You can do whatever you like with this one. It's just freestyle shadow boxing. Just do one at a time or mix them all together- it's up to you.
II think it's more fun to mix them up (while imagining a series of ninjas attacking me, of course)
