Can anyone tell me how to do the glider and forward glider pushups (days 19 and 20) in the Pushup Master Challenge? The first ones look similar to archer pushups, are they supposed to be much different?

While your hands stay on the same spot with archers, you glide your hands from classic starting position to archer position, or in front of your body.
Your upper body goes down and up, while during archers your body goes leftdown, rightup, rightdown, leftup, if you alternate.
I used washcloth to glide properly.
