    Cardio Trim and Power Fast Diet

    Hey everyone! I'm new here and today I had my first day of workout!

    I got super excited after I found the Darebee website and couldn't wait to do something!

    I picked the cardio trim workout, since what I need is to loose fat, and since it recomends to go with the Power Fast Diet, I chose that as well.

    My questions is, since in the power diet site it says that any training session has to be 45 minutes, and I did mine in around 20, should I do more exercise in order to follow this plan o should I pick another meal plan?

    Thanks everyone, I'm looking forward to day 2 already!

      If you do your training session less than 45min, you have to use meal#1 as second meal, too. That is how I understand it.

        So if I want to use the power fast diet I should compliment with another program in order to do the 45 minutes? Any recommendations?

          If you wanna eat carbs, yes.
          'Totals' and 'total abs'. They are made to be done with other programs.

            fattofit welcome to The Hive and sounds like you got good advice here. You cannot reduce the exercise time stated in the plan. The body's biochemistry responds to time as well as load and in this case it is time we need in order to deplete blood sugar levels and start to burn subcutaneous fat. I hope this helps.
