    Help with workout

    Hi guys, if i cant do lvl 1 that is 3 sets is it ok if i do this until fatigue hits in and i cant continue on? and try again next week same day? i tryed lvl 2 dificulty exercise but i do them with lvl 3 and with EC. So i want to boost myself to lvl 3

    No, that is not ok, if anybody finds out about that, you will be banned, for lifetime, and they cut your internet connection.

    Jokes aside, of course it is ok, if you give your best and you can do proper form, you will get benefit.
    And you are the only one to judge yourself, if you are ok with it, then it is ok.

        HellYeah80 First sentence destroyed me hahahahah y i know about that but i asked if i do as much as i can every week until exaustion, will i gain benefits and be able to do more and more and more untila i can do lvl 3?

          Are you talking about the fitness level (1-3) or complexity level (1-5) in general, or do you want to do a specific workout on level3?

            I started doing lvl 2 workouts on traning plan fighter, and i want to get to lvl 5 with all workouts on full body, so when i got to lvl 3 with EC on complexity level 2 i started doing complexity level 3 and i want to get to comp level 5 if u understand

              I think I do,...
              Just do complexity 3 and see what fitness level you can do. Have a look at the exercises, if they suit you, you may do a higher lvl, if not....not.
              Fitness is a journey, don't go to hard after complexity. It will come to you, if you do steady work. Only compare yourself to yourself, not to some lvl. You will get better and someday you do compl5 lvl3, maybe.
