    Quick question

    Hey I started to do boxer prime program, and I am on day 9..but I had some off days,because I was going through binge eating and some useless crap.
    my question is should I start over from day 1 to get results or contuine from where I started?

    Pick up at Day 10 and keep going from there. No problem.

      In the manual it says if the pause was more than three days you should start over.
      The background of this is that you will have lost some progress and starting over would make sure you're ready for the demands of the next day.

      I always ignore that. BUT Boxer Prime is one of the reallly difficult programs, so you may want to start over.

        I would say to do which ever you WILL do. If starting over means that you will get too discouraged and give up then keep going. But if continuing from where you left off means that you will be too sore or just physically unable to finish the program then start over. A good compromise might be to redo day 9 or maybe start back over at day 5. But thats just my unprofessional opinion im not a doctor or trainer or anything like that.
