    You have to do a total amount of 40 squats a day.
    If you did ten in the morning, you can tap the 10 and save.
    So you do not forget how much squats you did.
    Similar with every other exercise.

    Can someone give me a brief concise explanation of how I would complete this day of totals? For example, underneath the squats '10' is repeated four times. What does this signify? Thank you so much whoever helps me!!
