    Anyone Have Program Suggestions?

    Hi!

    I'm new on here and was just wondering if there were any specific programs people especially got good results on/recommend for someone who's fairly intermediate in exercise ability.

    First welcome

    Foundation light or Founation best ones to start with. Get all the basics down, if you need more you can add the DD Read all the how to get started ask questions and start a check in log most of all enjoy.

      What are your goals? Any of the level 3 programs are good for an intermediate exercizer, just depends on what you want to focus on. (Altho it might not be a bad idea to run through Foundation first just to get used to darebees style and get body used to working daily - maybe add totals or total abs or a challenge if you feel that it is really too easy.)

            Every time somebody asks for a program recommendation, I'll jump in and say "Cardio Trim"!!! Categorized as high-burn - streamline but I myself think it's more like a pefect blend of cardio (part 1) and strength training (part 2). The program also features a trophy-unlocking system if you want to go extra miles. And in case you manage to unlock 3 trophies for everyday and still have some calories left to burn, you can throw in 1 or 2 Challenge (I recommend and Push-up Challenge or Impact Challenge if you err are into that kind of stuff )
