Are tendons that different? I was thinking of doing all three levels of 30 days of strength in a row (with two days of other workouts in between) and noticed they don't increase.

Basically, I think it's because the tendon strength days are supposed to be active rest days in the program, and resting doesn't need to be made harder than necessary.

Of course, those workouts could be made harder simply by increasing the number of reps per set. If you feel they're too easy for you, you may want to try that. But remember you're supposed to be able to keep using your legs on the next days - so no need to overdo it either.

I hope that answers your question. And welcome to the Hive!

      Thanks for replying!

I should've waited until after 30 reps day. Looking forward to going back to 10.
