    workout sequence

    Hello everyone. I had hesitations on asking at first but couldn't find a clear answear in the hive. So my question is muscle gaining and strenght-wise in what order whould you put the programms available? I am currently about to finish ironborn and thinking on continuing with spartan trials w/ weights on and then moving on with 30 days of strenght on the level i get from the fitness test each time . Opinions / advices? Thanks in advance !

    Hi jimaras and welcome to the Hive!

    There is no specific order in which you should do them. All the programs are different and serve different purposes. Sometimes it's just a matter of taste and what kind of training / exercises you prefere. 30 days of gravity for example is purely bodyweight while 30 days of strength incorporates pull ups. Iron Born on the other hand works with a more classical set approach, rather than circuit training. So, they are all very different in many aspects and
    none of them builds on top of, or needs to be followed by another program.

    If you like the program, go for it - in an order that makes sense to you. There is no specific order required.

      Ah ok i was afraid that maybe following a "bad" program order would stall my goal. Thank's for the help !
