    Some doubts about training

    Hello everybody!
I've recently read in some articles that it's not a good idea perform hiit every day.. So I'd like to understand why here there're two or three programms such as 30 days of hiit and these programms supposed to performing hiit every day.

If you look at the program you'll see that every other day is a rest from HIIT.
Indeed, someone who isn't super trained should rest from cardio (HIIT) every other day. Which is why this program has an active rest day every other day.

So for example in 30 days of hiit, not every days are hiit training right?
Some days are as an "active rest" between hiit days? Or I've misunderstanding something in your explanation?

It depends on how hard you hit HIIT and what you're actually doing. There's debate over the percentage of importance but resting allows your body to become stronger and is as critical to building strength and improving yourself as the actual workouts. Resting is required so the body can heal and grow better. The programs have rest days built into them, as Noen said, and they are lower impact.

Some people can do HIIT on consecutive days but even those of us who are supremely conditioned take days off here and there. it's not feasible for the body to perform at as high a level as required by HIIT every. Single. Day.
