    Hi Thomas Alexander .

    The exercises shown in this workout are more or less dynamic moves, so no need to hold them for a longer period. You want to do slow and controlled movements, so I'd say a second hold for each position is enough.

    Static holds are always explicitly given in seconds.

    I just wanted to know how long to hold the stretches for the Lower Back Workout (https://darebee.com/workouts/lower-back-workout.html). I've been doing each exercise 10 times for 10 seconds, but it seems so time consuming. Just want to know if I'm doing it right.
