    combinations for strenght protocol?

    Hi dares! i just decided to star tstrenght protocol, so i want to combine this program with a month challenge or another program like totals or total abs. So what do you recommend me for more muscle definition?

    I did Strength Protocol together with the HIIT program. And it fit very well. If you have a good fitness level I will recommand you the HIIT Advanced program.

    With these two programs you train both strength and endurance.

      I guess it depends on what you mean exactly by "muscle definition".

      I you want a leaner look, controlling your diet to deplete your fat reserves is the most effective way to get there. Using another program as an add-on, such as an HIIT Program like suggested by ThoZim, may help in some ways (you will burn more calories), but the two programs may have conflicting goals that will hamper your ability to recover - and that's an essential part of getting fitter.

      For people with a rather advanced fitness level (and judging from your badges, I guess it applies to you, ThoZim), adding to the workload may not be a big issue. But for people who are rather new to exercising, trying to do too much, too soon may have more negative effects than positive ones. Their body will cling to its fat reserves and won't have enough energy and resources to build muscle.

      Now, if you're already lean and your primary goal is to build more muscle mass, you should probably focus on Strength Protocol, which is already well designed in this respect. Just make sure that your food intake is sufficient to allow your body to grow - protein-rich food is what you should mostly go for, here.

          I also started strenth protocol . i will add one hiit but did not decide wihch ome
