    High knees (or all kind of jumping exercises) & (Man-)Balls

    Am I the only man who's struggling with the combination of those two? It hurts...

    There is a reason why soccer shorts are really tight shorts underneath with flowy better-looking shorts over them.
    Men who don't have special pants like that usually invest in a sturdy but comfortable pair of boxerbriefs.
    Running shorts are also tight enough to fulfill this role but I know for a fact that many men don't like how they look (personally I only like them in dark colours, the neon ones just look silly to me).

    Having two mobile spherical body parts as well (just in a different place) I can relate to pain and discomfort while jumping.
    And the solution is basically the same: Wrap 'em up tight.

      I hate narrow stance squats for this reason. Leg day? Or, opposite goat day?

                    I have those issues sometimes, but I stop and address the issue before it gets painful. I'll sometimes wear two pair of underwear or some boxer briefs over briefs, or a pair of underwear under lined running shorts, it all helps to pack those puppies in there tight. Athletic supporters work too.
