    Matter of Balance Exercises

Hello, I was wondering if you would illustrate an exercise program for seniors from the National Council on Aging? The exercises are for the elderly for Fall Prevention. The name of the class is "Matter of Balance". I am a volunteer coach and I feel that their illustrations could be so much better and on one page not multiple pages. Is this something you do? What is required?

Being in my 60s with balance issues, I'd be interested in this workout.

Alameda Young this sounds interesting. Before we take it any further we'd need a little more info. Please reach out to us via email on our contact us page and provide some background info and a link or two so we can properly assess it. Thank you!

Alameda Young ... welcome to The Hive, the Social side of DareBee.
I realize you are likely here to promote your site ... all-in-all a Good Thing.
Damer ... I found this site with a brief search. Maybe not precisely what is needed, perhaps can lead you there?
My doctor has been asking me, for years, if I have a problem with 'falling'. I don't. Partly due to DareBee.
More options would seem useful, though. Even though I am perennially youthful.

DaithiMeyer thank you! It's not really what I meant - we have a number of resources on this, but we would need to see what Alameda Young 's group is actually doing in order to devise something that helps them, and obviously the entire context of their operation is critical before we go that far.

The following lines aren't directly related with the topic title, but they're with the elder people. I'm sorry if this could be off topic.

Firstly, let me to do an auto-quote.

About "Foundation Light", I've found it an easy program, and strongly recommended for people who wants start to do some exercise. Moreover, I think that it can be also recommended for elderly people, our parents, for example, even reducing the reps and/or adapting some exercises, although the most of them can be done easily by everyone. (By the way, maybe could be considered to make a kind of "foundation extra light" for these people.) ...

I know that is hard to read all the personal training logs, mainly because there're dozens of them, and this I've just quoted, I'm sure it was suggested before.

Anyway, coming back the main point, I leave here a link. It's a youtube channel with a few short videos, that maybe could helping. They're in spanish, but I'm sure wont be any problem to catch the main idea.

                1) Warm up and balance.
                2) Head.
                3) Shoulders.
                4) Hands.
                5) Feet.
                6) Lower body.
                7) Stretching.
