Curl count on Upper body challenge?

    Hi,

Can someone clarify the bicep curl counting method on the upper body challenge+ please?

The picture shows alternating curls while the grid just says "bicep curls".

So is 6 curls per arm or in total?

    Thanks,

    Jake

Generalizing from the other workouts, it's total (3/3).

After checking the Challenge, per arm would make more sense though, I'd say to go with that (6/6).

Thanks. I thought so too but wanted to make sure!

All our numbers given are always in total (if not specified otherwise). So in this case it's 3 per arm, 6 in total

          I hope that helps.

I'm pretty sure that there are two type of bicep curls - alternating and synchronized. So in case of alt. that would be 3/3, but for synchronized it's 6/6.
Maybe it would help to change the description in the challenge?

P.S. 6 total just looks too easy. Especially near 6 pu. It almost looks like you're supposed to put pressure on each arm 6 times.

I agree. Wouldn't be much of a challenge if it were alternating.
