It's not a bench press if you ain't got no bench, bro.
What do you mean by lower chest? Afaik, you can't really work specific area of a muscle - so it's chest press / flies & diamond push-ups all day long for you.
Check this thread out - Another random guy posted cool bodyweight chest routine there (it's understandable, even though it's in Spanish)

On a side note if you've got enough clearance above that pull up bar then you can also have a dip bar, just jump up there and go.

Lower chest: hit some Jeff Cavaliere DB Swings for lower chest. They take some time to get the hang of, but once you get the movement down, they really do hit the lower pec good.

Doesn't Diamond Pushup work more of my triceps than chest? AFAIK , Yes you can't work "just" a specific area but you can add extra stress on a specific area of a muscle group

                It loads everything more.
I'm not sure, but intuitively pseudo-planche pu (and generally lower hand placement) should help with moving the load too the lower part of your chest.

I'm having a hard time picturing that. Unless the bar has neutral grip handles. Is it like a muscle up first and then dip? Closest I found and it seems hard af. Is there a video somewhere?

I think he was saying: depending on what is being used as a pull-up bar, there may be enough room above the bar to do a dip and then work on chest/triceps, not specifically to combine a pull-up and a dip in the same maneuver... that sounds impossible, except for gymnasts.

Right, found it in the video about normal dips. (3:13)

Still looks hard and you have to get above the bar somehow. I think combining pull-up and a dip basically nets you a muscle up.

I've just realized that I've been blind and missed the obvious pullup bar on the avatar pic. Woe is me.

It's not the equipment, it's the knowledge. I don't have a lot of equipment he has, but I still gain a lot of insight into how our bodies function and one can find (alot of times anyway) ways to sub in a different exercise that still hits that body part.

His info is solid tho, and watching any of his videos usually gets you +3 gains, just for watching

So can you demonstrate on exercise which works this way?
