    personalised workout plan

    Hi!!

I am a 24 yr old guy never was interested in excercise before, until I came acros Darebee. But the prob is that there are tooo many options to choose from.
I basically want to have a toned body and increase my stamina and strength. I have started with foundation light. Next I am planning to go for foundation. But genrally I am looking for a set of exercise to do on daily basis. Any advise on which program to follow would be great. Cheers!!

I cannot suggest a good set of exercises but the ultimate no-brain workout plan is the Workout of the Day.
It loosely follows a plan that trains your entire body, both strengwise and in stamina.
So you can just open darebee.com, click on the Workout of the Day and then you do that, it's almost as short as having a pre-set set of exercises.
Plus you can save workouts you enjoyed doing and on days when you don't have access to the internet you can do the workouts you liked.

      This.

Plus a reminder that doing the same exercises over and over would lose their value over time. Variety is the spice of life.

If you're just starting do as Noen and aveoturbo said.
Keep doing your program if it feels good and for general fitness workout of the day and dailydares are great.
Also there are examples of programs here.
Remember to warm-up before and stretch after. I hope it helps.

Most darebee programs have repeating exercises every few days- and they increase in difficulty. That allows you to rest one group of muscles while exercising another one. That will reduce overtraining and also allows you to train harder. And that will lead to improvement.

Once you have reached a certain level of fitness you can do some sets of push-ups, sit-ups, squats, burpees some stretching every day. But that will mainly keep your current level and not improve it much.
