    Chest

What is the best workout for chest? I only haver dumbbells, no bench. Any recommendations? I use to do upper body forge, but I don't feel nothing on my chest, no pain, nothing

Push-ups are kings (there are so many variations to make them harder) also dumbell presses or flyes but I hope somebody here hit you up with an actual workout.

This workout is in spanish, but you only need to watch the vid and do what he does. Tip: there are pushups, diamond pushups, pushups with weight (you can throw your dumbell in a bagpack) and shoulder-tap pushups

Do some unilateral work with your chest. Ie one side at a time. Do a floor press with one arm and put your other hand on your pec and use that to make sure your chest is properly engaging.

Also AthleanX on YouTube has a lot of great advice for people who are "non responders" to certain exercises.

Others advice is great too. Now get to work!!!

flyingsaucer ... welcome to The Hive, the Social side of DareBee.
What was said above? Yeah. Pushups.
Your initial thought? Bells off a bench? Also good.
The pushups offer the benefit of tightening up your abs. A Good Thing, seeing as focusing on just one set of muscles tends to come back and bite you.
          Best of luck.

Fallback thank you for the advice, I am also from Portugal. I have googled the dumbell presses or flyes, they require a bench, which I don't have access. I only have two 11lbs (5kg) dumbbells
Another random guy thank you for the video, cool!
aveoturbo thank you, I will take a look
            DaithiMeyer thank you very much

Oh, there's your problem. Your going to need more weight. One can push alot of weight with pecs.

You would be better served to use them for your push ups and some renegade rows.

Although, you could probably get some burn with them doing some chest flyes off the floor.

aveoturbo I can't afford nothing more weight, really. I have already spent on the dumbbells recently. Isn't the power 25 workout enough? It claims to work chest but when I do it I don't get any burn

Fallback cool channel. To make dumbell presses I thought I would need to lie down with different inclinations. I am a newbie to fitness I only have 2 weeks

I'm the newbie when it comes to weight I only had 2-3 months gym and to chest I used bench presses.
Have you tried the ironborn program? If not do it or just look into the chest days. I hope it helps.

Fallback I took a look on ironborn program and it has a chest, back and arms day. In that workout there is only one exercise that actually works chest. It is done laying down and raising the dumbbells

If you're using weights and it isn't challenging enough and since you can't add more weight try to do the reps slower especially the negative part (usually the lower part of the movement/going down)
