    Hi. I am mainly a runner but am seeking to introduce strength training to my daily regime. Any suggestion as to how I can go about this?

      Just mix it in where you have room. Grab a bunch of workouts from the workouts section and have at them. Do a light workout or just stretch on your long run days, some hiit or combat on your sprint days, and mix in some good old strength for your regular days.

      I personally like level 4-5 upper body strength programs for my sprint days but that's because sprinting really burns my legs out. Your call though, just find ones that fit for you.
