    Brute Workout, Legs day single leg straight leg dead lifts.

    So I'm new to this exercise. I couldn't find it in the video exercise library, but on Youtube noone is doing it holding both dumbells, rather...one at a time. I found it hard to balance while holding two. Thoughts comments corrections please?

    I usually did it with one dumb bell just because I have no balance. If I used 2 dumb bells I did both legs.

    Do it however you can. Just do your absolute best!

        I do it w 2 feet and 2 dumbells bc I'm a klutz, also.

            30 sec to 2 minutes or however much you need.

              In training there is no rest between exercises. Maybe someone forgot to write? Or two minutes of rest a priori? I did no rest between exercises with two dumbbells at 22kg each and it seemed to me that the rest between exercises should be, because without rest hard.

                SlavaBros the Brute workouts are not the usual interval workouts. Here you do 4 sets of one exercise before advancing to the next exercise. So the rest really is between exercises.

                It should look like this:

                10 squats
                20 sec rest
                10 squats
                20 sec rest
                10 squats
                20 sec rest
                10 squats

                up to 2 min. rest

                10 lunges
                20 sec rest
                10 lunges
                20 sec rest
                10 lunges
                20 sec rest
                10 lunges

                etc...

                    When you say "along my torso", what do do you mean exactly? If you look at this workout, is it rather like the first exercise, or the second?
