    Katana program?

Is there a Katana Program that is available? I like the workouts associated with them, and feel that they would be add many different workout schemes (Ninja, Samurai, etc.). Thanks for all that you do!

I have to say, having done Katana Week already, I would love to see an entire 30 day weapon program, whether for bokken, staff, baston, or whatever they would choose to do.

I do not think there are any programs that is only focus on katanas.

Here are all of the katana workouts I could find, my suggestion is to do one each day.

Start with level 1 and go down the list then level 2 and finally level 3. Feel free to arrange them in any order you like.

        Dance with Dragons
        4 Assassins
        1000-cuts
        Quick-draw
        Samurai
        Ninja Hunter
        Shadow Warrior

wjs ... a minor quibble, but, Witcher shows a two-handed European sword. And swings. True ... they are nearly identical to the ones shown for the Katana. True ... you don't need to maintain the "proper imagery" in your mind to get it done. True ... you don't need to double(+?) the weight of your training sword. As I said ... a minor quibble.
Frankfett ... and welcome to The Hive, the Social side of DareBee.

A whole weapon(s)-themed program would be *awesome*. I'd be a very happy bee with some more workouts anyway.... neilarey Damer just a suggestion eh....

Damer suggested a couple of months ago that there were new weapons workouts coming, but that was one post in an otherwise unrelated thread. So we just have to be patient. Maybe they'll be Christmas presents from the Darebee team to their loyal bees... (no pressure or hinting should be construed, implied or explicit)

I remember that post @wjs... Finger crossed, I realize building and testing weapons workout could be somewhat "harder" than usual (not everybody owns weapons, etc etc).

                        Y'all missed the two programs...
Fighters Codex and Combat HIIT (your body is the ultimate weapon, friend) xD

But nah, I loved these workouts. I still use Dance with Dragons to stretch my shoulders after a strength day
