            To my knowledge, there is no "credit" for the Workout of the Day (WoD). There is, however, for Daily Dares (DD), Event Weeks, Programs, and certain types of achievements with exercises, such as running ten kilometers, elbow planking for five minutes, or the newly released achievement badges for 50 or 100 burpees nonstop.

                But, in case you hesitated, the workout of the day definitly counts toward your "clock" time for the X days of exercising (at least 15 mins in a row) streak dynamic badges.

                      Hello anyone wondering about the rice and beans?
                      the recipe calls for half cup of rice for 6 portions?
                      but i am aloud 280gram of rice on the modern day diet so half cup of rice is far from 6 portions of 280grams of rice

                          The recipe isn't there specifically for Modern Hero Diet. 1/2 cup of uncooked rice in the recipe is meant to be divided among 6 portions (around 50g of cooked rice each). Adjust for your needs accordingly.

                            All snacks are - as it says - snacks. So forget about 280g restriction you have and lower it. If you want to eat whole meal, eat whole meal. But the snack should be just a small portion of food. I'd say 1 yogurt in a cup you buy in a store is small enough for a snack, but 200g of ham is too much for a snack. I'd go about 50g of ham/cheese/chicken chips. I'd go even lower for hummus because it's basically just for dipping. Maybe 1-2 tablespoons (30g, give or take).
