    aveoturbo, the picture appears to mean elbow plank leg raises, and that makes the numbers make sense. Of course, I defer to whatever the team hands down as the official errata.

        aveoturbo it should say "elbow plank leg raises" and yes, the reps are given per leg raise. I'll fix it as soon as I can

            With the DD tracker, does it reset to zero if you don't enter anything for a number of days?

              Hey A Train . No, your progress won't be set back. All progress you save on our page (DD, Challenges, Programs,...) are saved in your browser's cookies. If you clear your cookies you will lose all progress. It sounds like your browser clears its cookies after a while, you might want to check your browser's settings.

              Using cookies to save progress also means that you can't take your progress with you if you switch devices (or even browsers). Just something to keep in mind, I hope this helps

                No, A Train, it only resets to zero if you delete your browser cookies because that's where the progress is saved,

                    No.
                    I mean ... you MIGHT be able to see them. Maybe.
                    But that would mean you also stuck to a strict diet. One VERY strict diet. While working Level III on TotalAbs.
                    So ... I can understand wanting a flat belly, but a 6-pack? That just means self-flagellation!
                    But ... if that's what you truly want ... GO 4 it!

                            People have recently asked if they need to do Level I, then Level II, THEN Level III - JUST to complete Level III.
                            They have been assured that no, they only have to do Level III to complete Level III.
                            So ... if this is what you have been doing "wrong", your abs must be beastly! Congratz!
