        So in 30 challenge on stretch days where you do toe touches, kneeling flexor and calf raises, are the calf raises up and down for a minute or just on you toes for a min? I know it's a lame question and I could do it either way but just wondered.

            Sorry....it's called 30 days of Change. Tomorrow will be day 28 which has it again.

              OK, got it. And to answer you, yes, the calf raises are an up and down movement here, not a static hold.

                              There's K-Sculpt, but I think that's the only current kettlebell workout. There may be some dumbbell workouts that are also kettlebell friendly.
