    Thank you Redline It's mild, not too serious as for now. I'm taking some natural supplements and hot drinks. I don't want to skip any day as I'm on a streak and I'm really enjoying what I am doing.

      Is anyone else not seeing the Dare tracker that used to be accessible within each daily dare? Also, it seems like you can't check off days within a challenge anymore either.

      Is it just me or is it happening to others to? It used to keep track of everything as long as you had an account and logged in and you could go back to keep track of your progress.

          Hi, one doubt that I’d like to have it clear. Windshield Wipers Day 7 Total Abs and day 11 B&C, it says 10 reps. Full one from right to left is one rep or two? I always have doubts when reps is mentioned without specifying whether both sides or one side. I’m sorry if this subject has been discussed before

            HI Musical gym if you look at that old dd: tilt them left, tilt them right=2reps. So every time you change direction=1rep.

              Thank you so much Andi. I actually found that DD before posting my question but I had doubts. I did B&C day 11 today, I did 20 reps per set instead then. No wonder I was about to die

              So if “per side/leg” is mentioned, would that mean that each side is one rep? For example, sitting twists, 20 reps, full cycle from right to left is one or two?

                Musical gym same principle: start in the middle-> to the left change direction= 1rep-> to the right(full cycle) change direction= another rep-> back to the left until changing direction (full cycle) = another rep -> end in the middle, so you add to the very first half cycle to the left, no rep.Total 3 reps.
                Does that make sense?
                If you look at the video with sound every click is a rep.
                Same here with the Windshield Wipers
